ABOUT BAKUR
We show up, we finish, we clean up.
Bakur Stucco & Construction is a family-run crew based in Maple. We've been at this for years — new builds, full re-clads, additions, garage fronts, chimney and porch details, basement walkouts. Most of our work still comes from someone driving past a neighbour's house and asking who did it.
We do the whole wall, not just the part you can see. Proper prep, insulation board, mesh and base coat, then the finish. It's the layers nobody notices that decide whether it still looks good in ten years.

Everything from bare sheathing to the last trowel pass.
New home stucco
Full exterior on new builds, from foam board through the final coat, scheduled around your other trades so nobody's waiting on us.
Re-stucco and repairs
Cracked, stained or dated stucco brought back. We patch, re-coat and match the texture so the wall reads as one piece, not a repair.
EIFS and exterior insulation
Insulated systems that cut drafts and heating bills at the same time as they change how the house looks.
Additions and second storeys
New square footage blended into the existing house, so you can't pick out where the addition starts.
Architectural details
Bands, trims, quoins, window surrounds, columns and cornices — formed and finished on site, not ordered from a catalogue.
Walkouts, porches and foundations
Parged, sealed and finished entrances and porch walls that hold up to an Ontario winter.

Text us a picture of the wall. Nine times out of ten we can tell you roughly what you're looking at before we ever come out.

We come and measure
Free, and no pressure. We look at the substrate, the drainage and the trims, and tell you what actually needs doing.

One clear price
Written down and itemized. No "while we're in there" halfway through the job.

We build it
Prep, board, mesh, base coat, finish. We work clean and we tell you where we're at.
